Sacramento is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Sacramento follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

This was my first time going to this restaurant. For those who aren't aware of this style restaurant, you order at the register, they give you a bowl, and you walk down a buffet style line of raw foods, filling the bowl with items of your choice. At the end of the line, they quickly cook your items. When we went to our table, they had placed silverware, napkins, and a bowl of rice, a chip and a spring(?) roll, along with sweet and sour sauce. I enjoyed the meal, and will go back.

We have been here several times and have always had a great experience. The restaurant is clean and staff is not overly friendly, but they are polite. The food is well priced. All you can eat for lunch was $17 a person. One bowl is very filling the most I ever have is 1 and a half, but my boyfriend has 2-4 depending on the day. They have a good variety of meats and veggies and I like that you can customize your own sauce. I noticed in other reviews people were complaining that it was watered down, but if it wasn’t you would be eating straight oil! We will continue to keep coming back. We have had mixed results with door dash so we choose to only go in person now.

The dining model operates as a controlled culinary system in which user-selected variables (ingredients and sauces) are subjected to high-temperature transformation. The result demonstrates predictable flavor integration and texture consistency. Observationally, the process minimizes error through standardized cooking technique. The outcome suggests an efficient equilibrium between customization and quality control.

Disappointing. We have been coming to this place for years. Each time, we give them the benefit of doubt that it will get better. But sadly, it’s been declining. Today’s experience was horrible. First time my family did not finish our food. It is tasteless, bland, and disappointing. Sauces are watered downed. Then, while cooking they dumped more water on the noodles. The staff does not look happy at all. The cooks banging throwing bowls around. Not professional.

I was pretty disappointed ☹️. They have another restaurant by the same name in Elk Grove. 5+ Stars to that location by the way. I don’t know where to start. Paper in the bottom of wet noodles & Vegi’s 🤔 The sauces seemed watered down. You are served your food in to go plates. The spring rolls are not very good. Maybe it’s because your rice & spring rolls are just sitting in the to go plates waiting on someone to come. The lady at the front counter was nice but not accommodating at all. Nothing about the “experience” was good. We paid for lunch 59.50 we pay for Dinner in Elk Grove 60.39. Doesn’t make any sense. Elk Grove location Real bowls , cup, silverware. The waitress brings everything to your table. Never again for me. I recommend Elk Grove.
